Refund policy
If you’re looking to return your order for an exchange for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different size of the same style. In case of return, once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back in the form of Store Credits / Account.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

- Email the tracking info from the courier to us.
- We’ll dispatch the exchange product within 5 business days after receiving if the product is in good condition and within the exchange period.
- Please note that we can not provide an exchange if the returned product is damaged due to use, and it will be sent back.
